Until the launch in December, everything in Pro is open in the app. After that, you subscribe through the App Store or Google Play, with 7 free days to try it.

Why are the Pro features open right now?
Until the plan launches, every hiker uses the full Pro in the app. When the plan starts, these features become part of the subscription.
How do I subscribe to Pro?
In the natoo app, on iPhone or Android. Payment goes through the App Store or Google Play, with the account you already use on your phone.
How does the free trial work?
You use Pro for 7 days without paying. We let you know 2 days before the first charge. If you cancel before that, nothing is charged.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, in the subscription settings of the App Store or Google Play. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, in the store's subscription settings. Switching from yearly to 6-monthly takes effect at renewal.
How does the 3% support work?
After subscribing, you choose one of the three partner organizations. Rede Brasileira de Trilhas comes selected, and you can switch in the next cycle. 3% of your subscription goes to the organization you chose.
Does offline work everywhere?
It works on the trails and regions you download before leaving. natoo does not replace care out on the trail, and accuracy depends on the GPS signal.
I changed phones. Do I need to subscribe again?
No. Sign in with the same store account and tap Restore subscription on the app's plans screen.
