Parque Ecológico e Vivencial do Recanto das Emas

The objectives of Parque Ecológico e Vivencial do Recanto das Emas include, among others (Law No. 1.188 of September 13, 1996): I - to provide the community with an area dedicated to local conservation, aimed at maintaining the genetic viability of Cerrado species and ensuring the quality of the available water resources; II - to create an environmental education center; III - to provide recreation and leisure for the population in harmony with the preservation of the region's ecosystem.
