About the protected area

The park is located in the northern part of Planaltina, next to Estação Ecológica de Águas Emendadas (ESECAE). It is an important buffer zone between the city of Planaltina and ESECAE, and it also provides spaces for artistic, cultural, sports, and environmental education activities.
