Cavalgada Arcozelo x Capivara

The horseback ride departs from the Aldeia de Arcozelo, a historic site of great relevance in the municipality. In the past, it was the Fazenda da Freguesia, the scene of the largest escape of enslaved people in the region, led by Manoel Congo, who lends his name to a square in the center of Paty. Along the route, you will find Fazenda Santa Tereza, the Horto de Avelar (a large eucalyptus plantation), and the Paiol Velho, a location with a farm of the same name. The itinerary also includes SEAL, a place with tomato greenhouses and sales of agricultural products.
