Trecho 04 - Gaviões

Gaviões was historically a district/curato of Nossa Senhora da Conceição dos Gaviões, varying its affiliation between the villages of Capivari and Cachoeiras de Macacu during the 19th century. The locality stands out for its proximity to the Serra do Mar, rural environment, and as a route for ecological tourism, including cycling. The region is part of the conservation area of the Atlantic Forest, filled with natural beauty.
