Trecho 1 - São José do Rio Preto → Cedral (Ramal São José)

This initial section of the Caminho da Fé marks the departure from one of the largest urban centers in the interior of São Paulo, São José do Rio Preto, towards the quieter environment of Cedral. The walk begins in an urban context and gradually transforms into a rural path, introducing the pilgrim to the standard of the São José Branch: flat terrain, long straight stretches, and strong exposure to the sun. It is a section of adaptation, where the body and mind begin to get into the rhythm of the journey.
