Trilha do Saco Grande

Starting next to the military village, the trail passes by the ruins of the prison, offering a true journey through the history of the occupation of Anchieta Island. Along the way, visitors walk through preserved Atlantic Forest, featuring various species of fauna and flora, ending at a rocky cliff with a panoramic view of the ocean (on clear days, it is possible to see the Búzios and Vitória Islands, which belong to the Ilhabela State Park).
